i found the rooftop pool fantastic. it provided amazing views, and there was also a great rooftop bar. customer service at the reception was very good. the vibe and aesthetic were cool. battersea is a trendy area, and the hotel is at the doorstep of a shopping centre.
i found the lobby a bit worn, with drink rings on the tables.

the room was modern, artsy, and came with a great view. i noticed an electronic system controlled lights and temperature. the elevators use a security system accessed by the room key.

i observed that you order off a menu for breakfast, there is no buffet. the hotel restaurants included the availability to spend £18 for small pizza or £40 for seabass, a range of choices were available. some things on the menu were unavailable.

I was greeted with such a warm welcome from the staff! the hotel has an amazing artisan feel, the decor is done brilliantly. food was good. jude at reception gave us a room upgrade and personally brought up a bottle of bubbly to our room to celebrate our mini moon, i loved that! the gym is open 24 hours and the rooftop pool is heated too. That's so cool!
I was told that rooms were equipped with an iron and ironing board, but mine had neither. i requested it three times but never got one. service response times were slow. on one day, the room wasn't cleaned at all, and when i asked, i was told it was too late. I was shocked.

Rocco facilitated both our check-in and check-out. His friendly and cute demeanor was appreciated. The location is superb. A brief walk places you at the station. I found the room spacious and impeccably clean. The beds offered really good comfort. The rooftop pool was Fine!!!
I found that the lift service was sometimes slow, resulting in wait times that occasionally stretched up to 15 minutes.

i enjoyed that the staff was really friendly. when i asked for different pillows, they brought them immediately! we received a surprise from the hotel for our anniversary. who doesn't love macarons and fizz? it was easy to get around the power station, it had loads of cool things.
the electronic systems made it easy to be self sufficient, though the pricing was a little high.

The rooftop pool is fantastic with amazing views. It has a great rooftop bar, too. i enjoyed the sauna and steam room. They were very relaxing, and the hotel smells amazing!

a number of bars and restaurants are very close to the hotel, nice. some seem to cater to workers in the area? it possibly gets busier as the weather gets warmer, i guess.
